Return & Exchange Policy
At SSG, we only accept returns for verified manufacturing faults. Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product, providing evidence with photos. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair. Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible. return shipping is covered if the fault is confirmed.
