Register Your Gate Warranty
To ensure your gate system remains safe, reliable and fully protected under the Secured Style Gates 4‑Year Limited Warranty, all automation and electrical components must be serviced annually by Secured Style Gates from the date your warranty begins.
Servicing is essential for retaining full warranty coverage and ensuring long‑term performance of your gate system.
Warranty Registration
Your warranty will begin only once:
- Your final invoice has been paid in full, and
- Your warranty has been successfully registered with Secured Style Gates.
No warranty coverage is active until both steps are completed.
Choose a Warranty Package:
Looking to extend the lifespan and protection of your gate system? At Secured Style Gates, we offer manufacturer-backed extended warranties for any gate system we install, provided it is serviced regularly every 6–12 months.
All gates must receive their first service within 6 months of installation, in line with Gate Safe guidelines outlined in your service and owner’s manual.
You will also receive a maintenance logbook to record all servicing and ensure compliance with warranty requirements.
We offer the following gate maintenance packages to keep your system running safely and reliably:
Package 1: £260
Includes: 4 Years – Motor and Gate
Our 4‑Year Motor and Gate Warranty package provides comprehensive cover for both your gate system and its motor. This package ensures your equipment remains protected and performing at its best, with regular servicing carried out in line with Gate Safe guidelines.
Standard Warranty (included with all installations): £0
Includes: 4 Years Gate – 2 Years Motor (both from date of installation)
Our Standard Warranty is included at no additional cost and provides 2 years of cover on all motors and 4 years of cover on the gate structure. This ensures your system is protected from the moment it’s installed, giving you reliable performance and peace of mind.
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, provided the system is registered and serviced annually in line with our requirements. The warranty does not extend to issues such as everyday wear, cosmetic marks, natural movement in timber or composite materials, weather‑related damage, misuse, or any adjustments made by third parties. Automation components remain covered only when annual servicing is maintained, and consumable items such as remotes, switches, and key fobs are excluded.
